छुड़ा लेने देना यदि तेरे कोई भाई बंधु कंगाल होकर अपनी नीरभूमि में से कुछ भेज डालें तो उसके कुटुंबियों में से जो सबके निकट हुआ आकर अपने भाई बंधु के बेच हुए भाग को चुरा ले और यदि किसी मनुष्य के लिए कोई छुड़ाने वाला ना हो और उसके पास इतना धन हो कि आप की अपने भाग को छुड़ा ले सके तो वह उसके बिकने के समय में वर्ष की गिनती करके शेष वर्षों की उपज का दास उसकी उसे बोल लिया हो फिर दें तब वह अपनी निज भूमि की अधिकारी हो जाए परंतु यदि उसके इतनी पूंजी ना हो कि उसे फिर अपनी कर सके तो उसकी भेजी हुई भूमि जुबानी के वर्ष तक मूल लेने वाले के हाथ में रहे और जुबली के वर्ष के छूट जाए तब वह मनुष्य अपनी नींद भूमि का फिर अधिकारी हो जाए यदि कोई मनुष्य शहर पान वाले नगर के बेस एक आधार बेचे तो वहां बचाने के बाद वर्ष भर के अंदर उसे छुड़ा सके अर्थात पूरे वर्ष भर उसे मनुष्य की छुड़ाने का अधिकार रहेगा परंतु यदि वह वर्ष भरना छोड़ आए तो वह घर जो शहर पर नगर में हो माल लेने का बना रहे और पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में उसी के वास का बना रहे चुगली के वश में भी ना छूटे परंतु बीना शहर पर गांव के घर तो देश के खेतों के समान गाने जाएंगे उसका छुड़ाना भी हो सके और नाजुप्लीकेट वर्ष छूट जाए और बिल्लियों के नीचे भाग के नगरों के जो घर हो उसके लिए वह जब चाहे तब पूरे और यदि कोई नौकरी अपना भावना छोड़ा है तो वह बचा हुआ घर जो उसके भाग के नगर मजबूरी निर्वाह कर सकें और उसको प्याज पर रुपया ना देना और ना उसको भोज हुआ शुरू लाभ के लालच में देना मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यह हुआ हूं मैं तुम्हें कानन दे देने के लिए और तुम्हारे परमेश्वर ठहरने की मनसा से तुमको मित्र देश से निकल आया हूं फिर यदि तेरा कोई भाई बंधु तेरे सामने कंगाल होकर अपने को तेरे हाथ भेज डाले तो उसमें से दास के समान सेवा न करना वह तेरे संग मधुर हुआ यात्री की नहीं रहे और जुबली के वर्ष तक तेरे If he sells it to him, he will become the owner of his own land. However, if he does not have enough capital to redeem it, then the land he has sold will remain with the person who redeemed it until the year of Jubilee. If he redeems it after the year of Jubilee, then he will become the owner of his own land. If a person sells a house in a city, then after redeeming it there, he can redeem it within a year, that is, he will have the right to redeem it for the entire year.
