और यदि कोई साक्षी होकर ऐसा पाप करें की शपथ खिलाकर पूछ पर भी किया क्या तूने यह सुना अथवा जानता है कि वह बात प्रगति न करें तो उसको अपने आधार का मार्ग उठाना पड़े और यदि कोई किसी अशुद्ध वस्तु को अज्ञानता से छू ले तो उसे चाहे वह शुद्ध महिला पशु की चाहे अशुद्ध घरेलू पशु की चाहे अशुद्ध रहने वाले जीव जंतु की लोट हो तो वह अशुद्ध होकर हम और दोषी ठहरे और यदि कोई मनुष्य किसी अशुद्ध वस्तु को अज्ञानता से छू ले चाहे वह शुद्ध वस्तु किसी भी प्रकार की क्यों ना हो जिससे लोग अशुद्ध हो जाते हैं तो जब तक वह उसे बात को जान ले तब तक दोषी ठहरेगा और यदि कोई बुरा हुआ भला करने की बिना सोचे समझे शपथ खाई चाहे किसी प्रकार की बात वह बिना सोचे विचारे शपथ खा ले तो ऐसे बात वह दोषी उसे पर ठहरेगा जब वह मालूम हो जाए और जब वह इस बातों में से किसी भी बात में दोषी हो तब जिस विषय में उसने पाप किया हो वह उसकी मां ले और वह यहोवा के सामने अपना दोस्त बाली ले आए अर्थात उसे पाप के कारण वह एक भेड़ व बकरी पाप बाली करने के लिए ले आए तभी आज पुष्पा आपके विषय उसके लिए प्रसिद्ध करें और वह यदि उसे भेद व बकरी देने की सामर्थ ना हो तो अपने आप के कारण दो पूर्ति एवं कबूतरी के दो बच्चे दोषी बलि चढ़ाने के लिए यहोवा के पास ले आए उनमें से एक तो पाप वाली के लिए और दूसरा हम बाली के लिए और वह उसको याज के पास ले जाकर योजक पाप परियों को पहले चढ़ाई और उनका सर गले से मरोड़ डाले पर अलग ना करें और वह पवित्र बाली से लहू में से कुछ बेदी की आक पर सेट के और जो लहू दोष रहे वह बेदी के पास गिर जाए वह तो पाप वाली ठहरे और दूसरों पक्षी को वह विधि के अनुसार हो बल्कि करें और राजा को उसके पाप का प्रयास सिद्ध करें तब वह क्षमा किया जाएगा और यदि वह दो पद की या कबूतरी के दोनों बच्चे भी ना दे सके तो वह अपने आप के कारण अपना चढ़ावा हेप का दसवां भाग मठ पाप बाली करके ले आए उसे पर ना तो वह तेल डालें और ना लोगों रखें क्योंकि वह पाप बाली होगा वह उसको राजा के पास ले जाकर रजक उनमें से अपनी मुट्ठी भर स्मरण दिलाने वाला भाग जानकर विधि का यहोवा के हवनो के ऊपर जलाएं वह तो पाप बाली ठहरे और इन बातों में से किसी भी बात के विषय में से जो पाप करें याज को उसका प्रायश्चित करें और तब वह पाप क्षमा किया जाए और इस बाहुबली का शेष अंतर बाली श की नई योजक करेगा ठहरेगा यदि यहोवा के मूसा ने कहा यदि कोई यहोवा के पवित्र की हुई वस्तुओं के विषय में भूल से विश्वास घात करें और पापी तारे तो यहोवा के पास एक दोस्त मेरा दोस्त बाली के लिए ले आए उसका दाम पवित्र स्थान के शक्ल के अनुसार उतने ही शकील रुपए का हो जितना यह जगत है और जिस पवित्र वास्तु के विषय में उसने पाप किया हो उसमें से वह पांचवा भाग और बढ़कर राजा को दे और योजक दोष बाली को मेड चढ़कर उसके प्रायश्चित करें तब उसका पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा और यदि कोई ऐसा पाप करें कि उसे कार्यों में से जिन्होंने युवा ने मना किया है किसी काम को करें तो चाहे वह उसके अनजाने में हुआ हो तो भी वह दोषी ठहरेगा और उसको अपने धर्म का भार उठाना पड़ेगा इसलिए वह एक निर्दोष में दोस्त बाली करके या जाकर के पास लेजा आएगा वह उतने ही दम को तो जितना योजक हरि योजक उसके लिए उसको उसे मूल का जो उसने अनजाने में की हो प्रायश्चित करें और वह क्षमा किया जाए यह दोष बाली तारे क्योंकि वह मनुष्य नहीं संदेह हवा के लिए समझ दोषी ठहरेगा
