फिर मूसा ने इसराइलियों गोत्र के मुख्य मुख्य पुरुषों से कहा यहोवा ने यह आज्ञा दी है कि जब कोई पुरुष या हवा के मंत्र माने या अपने पाप को ख्वाजा के बढ़ने के लिए शपथ खाई तो वह अपना वचन ना डालें जो कुछ उसके मुंह से निकला हो उसके अनुसार वह कार्य हर जब कोई भी स्त्री अपने कुमारी अवस्था में अपने पिता के घर में रहते हुए यह वाक्य मन्नत माने वह अपने को वचन से बंधे तो यदि वह उसके पिता उसकी मन्नत या उसका वह वचन सुनकर जिससे उसने अपने आप को बांध हो उससे कुछ ना कहे तब उसके सब मानते स्थिर बनी रहे और कोई मन्नत क्यों ना हो जिससे वह उसे अपने आप को बांध हो वह भी स्थिर रहे परंतु यदि उसका पिता उसकी सुनकर उसी दिन उसको बरसे तो उसकी मन्नत ए मोर प्रकार के बंधन जिससे उसने अपने आपको बांध हो उनमें से एक भी स्थिर बना रहे और यहोवा यहां जानकर कि वह स्त्री के पिता ने उसे मना कर दिया है उसका यह पाप क्षमा करेगा फिर यदि वह पति के अधीन हो और मन्नत माने वह बिना सोच विचार किया ऐसा कुछ कहे जिससे वह वह बंधन में पड़े और यदि उसका पति सुनकर उसे दिन उसे कुछ ना कहे तो उसकी मन्नतें स्थिर रहे और दिन बंधनों से उसने अपने आप को बांध हो उसमें भी स्थिर रहे परंतु यदि उसका पति सुनकर उसी दिन उसे मना कर दे तो मन्नत उसे मानी और उसमें बात बिना सोच विचार किया खाने से उसमें अपने आप को वचन से बंधा हुआ टूट जाए और यह हुआ उसे स्त्री का श्राप क्षमा करें फिर विधवा हुआ त्यागी हुई स्त्री भी मन्नत दिया वचन किसी प्रकार की बंधन क्यों ना हो जिससे वह उसने अपने आप को बांध हो वह स्थिर ही रहे फिर यदि कोई स्त्री अपने पति के घर में रहते मन्नत माने तो वह शपथ खाकर अपने आप को बांधे और उसका पति सुनकर कुछ ना कहे और ना उसे मना करें तब तो उसकी सब मानते स्थिर बनी रहे और हर-हर एक बंधन क्यों ना हो जिससे वह उसे अपने आप को बांध हो हुआ इसलिए रहे परंतु यदि उसका पति उसका मन्नत यदि सुनकर उसी दिन पूरी रीती से तोड़ दे तो उसकी मन्नत आदि जो कुछ उसके मुंह से अपने बंधन के विषय में निकला हो उसमें से एक बात भी स्थिर न रहे उसके पति ने सब तोड़ दिया इसलिए यह हुआ उसे स्त्री का वह पाप क्षमा करें कोई भी मन्नत का शपथ क्यों न खाए हो जिससे वह स्त्री अपने जीवन में दुख देने की बजा बंदी हो उसका पति चाहे डेड करें और चाहे तोड़े अर्थात यदि उसका पति दिन प्रतिदिन उससे कुछ भी ना कहे तो वह उसके सब मानते आदि बंदों को जिसने वह बंदी हो दिल कर देता उसने उसको दिन किया क्योंकि सुनाने के दिन उसने कुछ नहीं कहा और यदि वह उन्हें सुनकर पीछे तोड़ दे तो अपने स्त्री के धर्म का भर वही उठेगा पति पत्नी के बीच और पिता और उसके घर में रहती हुई कुंवारी बेटी के बीच जिन वीडियो की आज्ञा यहोवा ने मूसा को दी हुए ही है

If she binds herself, she should remain steadfast in it, but if her husband, after hearing it, refuses her on the same day, then she should take a vow and by doing anything without thinking, she should break the vow bound by it, and if this happens, forgive her the curse of the woman. Then a widowed and abandoned woman should also make a vow, no matter what kind of bond she binds herself to, it should remain steadfast. If a woman living in her husband's house makes a vow, she should bind herself by taking an oath, and her husband should not say anything after hearing it or should not refuse her, then all her vows should remain steadfast, and no matter what kind of bond she binds herself to, it should remain steadfast. But if her husband, after hearing her vow, breaks it in a proper manner on the same day, then not even a single word of her vow etc., whatever came out of her mouth regarding her bond, should remain steadfast, her husband broke everything, therefore, this happened, forgive her sin, no matter what vow she took, which bound her to cause pain in her life, her husband may make it or break it.
