इसराइलियों से जी वचन के बनने की आज्ञा यहोवा ने मूसा को मुआओ के देश में से दी उसके यह ही वचन है जो ख्वाजा उसने उनसे फॉरेन पहाड़ पर बांधी थी यह उससे अलग है फिर मूसा ने सभी इसराइलियों को बुलाकर कहा कुछ यहोवा ने मित्र देश में तुम्हारे देखते फिरों और उसके साथ कर्मचारियों और उसके सारे देश से किया हुआ तुमसे देखा है वह बड़े-बड़े परीक्षा के काम और चीन और बड़े-बड़े चमत्कार तेरी आंखों के सामने हुए परंतु यहोवा ने आज तक तुमको ना तो समझने की बुद्धि और ना देखने की आज्ञा है आंखें और ना सुनने की कान दिए मैंने तो तुमको जंगल में 40 वर्ष लिए हीरा और ना तुझे और तुम्हारे तन पर वस्त्र पुराने हुए और ना तेरी जूतियां तेरे पैरों से पुरानी हुई रोटी जो तुम नहीं खाने पे और दास मधु और मदिरा जो तुम नहीं पीने पे वह इसराइल हुआ कि तुम जानो कि मैं यह हुआ तुम्हारा परमेश्वर हूं और जब तुम इस स्थान पर आए तब हस्बों का राजा शिवम और भाषण का राजा लोग एक दोनों युद्ध के लिए हमारा संभावना करने को निकल आया और हमने उनको जीत कर उनका देश ले लिया और रॉबिन का अधिकार हो और महसूस के आधारित गोत्रों के लोग को नीच भंग करके दे दिया और इसराइल इस वजह की बातों का पालन करो ताकि जो कुछ करो वह सफल हो आज क्या वृद्धि लोग क्या सरदार तुझे मुख्य मुख्य पुरुष क्या गोत्र गोत्र के तुम सब इसराइल पुरुष क्या तुम्हारे बाल बच्चे और स्त्रियां क्या लकड़हारा क्या पथ पर क्या तेरे छावनी में रहने वाले परदेसी तुम सब के सब अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के सामने इसलिए खड़े हुए हो कि जो वजह तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा आज तुझे बनता है और जो शपथ वह आज तुझको खिला है उसमें तो साक्षी हो जाए इसलिए कि उसे वचन के अनुसार जो उसके तुझको दिया और उसे शपथ के अनुसार जो उसने पिंजराहक और यॉन पर तेरे पूर्वजों से खाई थी वह आज तुझको अपनी प्रजा ठहरेगा और आप तेरा परमेश्वर ठहरेगा फिर मैं इस वजह और इस शपथ से केवल तुमको नहीं परंतु उनको भी जो आज हमारे संग यहां हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा के सामने खड़े और जो आज यहां हमारे संग नहीं या साक्षी करता हूं तुम जानते हो कि जब हम मित्र देश में रहते हो और जब मार्ग की जातियां की बीचों बीच होकर आ रहे थे तब तुमने उनकी कैसी-कैसी घिनौनी वस्तु और कैट पत्थर चांदी सोने की कैसी मुहूर्त देखकर इसलिए ऐसा ना हो कि तुम लोगों में ऐसा कोई पुरुष व स्त्री वल्वा गोत्र के लोग हो इसका मां आज हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा से फिर जाए और वह जाकर उन जातियों के देवताओं के उपासना करें फिर ऐसा ना हो कि तुम्हारे मध्य ऐसा कोई जड़ हो जिससे विष्णु व कुटूर बीच हुआ हो और ऐसा मनुष्य ही शराब के वचन सुनकर अपने कोशिश के योग्य माने और यह सोचे कि चाहे हुए अपने मां के हाथ पर चालू और तृप्त होकर प्यास को मिटा डालो तो भी मेरा कुशल होगा यहोवा उनका आप क्षमा नहीं करेगा वरन यह हुआ की कोक और जलन का धुआं उसको अच्छा देगा और जितने शराब इस पुस्तक में लिखे है हुए सब उसे पर आप पढ़ेंगे और यह हुआ उनका नाम धरती पर से मिटा देंगे और व्यवस्था की इस पुस्तक में चीज ख्वाजा की चर्चा है उसके सब पापों के अनुसार यह हुआ उसको इजरायल के साथ गोत्रों में से हानि के लिए अलग करेगा और अपने अपने पीढ़ी में तुम्हारे वास के लोग जो तुम्हारा वादा उत्पन्न होंगे और परदेसी मनुष्य को जो दूर देश में आए हुए उसे देश की विपत्तियां और उसमें से यहोवा के फल हुए रोग देखेंगे और यह भी देखकर ही सब भूमि गंधक और लोन से भर गए और यहां तक जल गई कि इसमें से ना कुछ बोया जाता और ना कुछ जैम सकता और ना घास मुक्ति और उन साधन आ रहा हूं कि सोया के समान हो जाए जिन्हें यहोवा ने अपने को काजल जलाहट में उल्टा दिया और सब जातियों के लोग पूछे कि यह हुआ ने इस देश से ऐसा क्यों किया और इस बड़े-बड़े कॉक में धड़कने का क्या कारण है तब लोग यह उत्तर देंगे कि वह उसके पूर्वज के परमेश्वर यहोवा ने जो हुआ था उसके साथ मित्र देश से निकलने के सब बांधी थी उसको उन्हीं ने तोड़ा और पराए देवताओं की उपासना की जिन्हें वह पहले नहीं जानते थे और यहोवा ने उनको नहीं दिया था इसलिए यहोवा का को किस देश पर भड़क उठा है की पुस्तक में लिखे हुए सब शराब इस पर आप पड़े और यहोवा ने कोक और जलजला है और बड़ा ही क्रोध आप करके उन्हें उनके देश में से उखाड़ कर दूसरे देश में फेंक दिया जैसा कि आज प्रकट है गुप्त बातें हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा की वास में है परंतु जो प्रगति की गई है वह सदा के लिए हमारे और हमारे वंश के वश में रहेंगे इसलिए कि इस अवस्था की सब बातें पूरी की जाएगी
