मूसा ने सारे इसराइलियों को बुलाकर कहा है इस रेलिया जो जो विधि और नियम में आज तुम्हें सुनाता हूं हुए सुनो इसलिए कि तुम्हें सीख कर करने में शोक सी करो हमारी परमेश्वर यहोवा ने तो होरन पर हमसे ख्वाजा बंदी और इस वजह को यहोवा ने हमारे पितरों से नहीं हम ही से बंधा जो यह आज के दिन जीवित है यह हुआ न्यूज़ पर्वत पर आपके बीच में से तुम लोगों से हमने सामने बातें की अब आपके दर से मार तुम पर्वत पर ना चढ़े इसलिए मैं यहोवा के और तुम्हारे बीच उसका वचन तुम्हें बताने को खड़ा रहा तब उसने कहा है परमेश्वर यहोवा जो तुम्हें दस्तत्व के घर अर्थात मित्र देश में से निकल आया वह मैं हूं मुझे छोड़ दूसरों को परमेश्वर करके ना माना तू अपने लिए कोई मूर्ति खुद करना बनाना ना किसी की प्रतिमा बना हुआ ना जो आकाश में वह पृथ्वी पर वह पृथ्वी के जाल में है तो उसको दंडवत ना करना और ना उसकी उपासना करना क्योंकि मैं तेरे परमेश्वर यह हुआ जल लैंड रखने वाल ईश्वर हूं और जो मुझे पर रखते हैं उसको बेटे फोटो और पर फोटो को भी पितरों का दंड दिया करता है और जो मुझसे प्रेम रखते हैं और मेरी आज्ञाओं को मानते हैं उन हजारों पर करुणा किया करता हूं सुन अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा का नाम व्यर्थ ना लेना क्योंकि जो यहोवा का नाम बिहार थाली हुआ उसको निर्दोष धारा जाएगा तो विश्राम दिन को मानकर पवित्र रखना जैसे परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे आजा दे 6 दोनों तो परमेश्वर परिश्रम करने आपने सारा कामकाज करना परंतु सातवां दिन तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिए विश्राम दिन उसमें से तू किसी भक्त और कामकाज करना ना तेरा बांटना तेरी बेटी ना तेरी दास ना तेरी दासी ना तेरा बेल ना तेरा गधा और ना तेरा कोई पशु ना कोई परदेसी भी जो तेरे पाठक को भीतर हो जिससे तेरा दास और तेरी दासी की तेरी नई विश्राम करें और इस बात को स्मरण रखने की मित्र देश में दुआ आप दास थारवा तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे बलवंत हाथ और बधाई हुई बुझा के द्वारा निकल आया इस कारण तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे विश्राम दिन आदि किया गया देता है अपने पिता और अपने माता का आदर करना जैसे कि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा ने तुझे आज्ञा दी है जिससे वह देश तेरा परमेश्वरी हुआ तुझे देता है उसमें से तू बहुत दिन तक रहने पाए और तेरा भला हो तो हत्या न करना तो बच्चे चार ना करना तू छोरी ना करना तू किसी की भी कुछ झूठी साक्षी ना देना तू ना किसी की पत्नी का लाचारी करना और ना किसी की यार का लालच करना ना उसकी खेती ना उसकी दास का ना उसकी दासी का नाम उसके पहले अगर थे करना उसकी किसी और वस्तु का लाचारी करना यदि वचन यह हुआ ने उसे पर्वत पर आग और बादल और घोड़ा डकार के बीच में से तुम्हारे सारे मंडलीय पुकार कर रहा और इससे अधिक और कुछ ना का और उसे उस पत्थर की दो पत्नियों पर लिखकर मुझे दे दिया उसे पर्वत आपसे डाक से दाग रहा है और तुम उसे शब्द के अंधियारे के बीच में से बातें सुना तब तुम और तुम्हारे गोत्रों की सब मन मुख्य मुख्य पुरुष और तुम्हारे पुरानी हो मेरे पास आएगा तुम कहने लग कि हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने हमको अपना तेज और अपनी महिमा दिखाई है और हमने उसका शब्द आपके बीच में से आते हुए सुना है आज हमने देख लिय कि यद्यपि परमेश्वर मनुष्य से बातें करता है तो भी मनुष्य जीवित रहता है आप हम क्यों मर जाए क्योंकि ऐसी बड़ी आग से हम भस्म हो जाएं और यदि हम अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा का शब्द बिना सुने तब तो मर ही जाएंगे क्योंकि सारे प्राणी में से कौन सा जो हमारे नई जीवित और अग्नि के बीच में से बोलते हुए परमेश्वर का शब्द सुनकर जीवित बचा रहे इसलिए तू समीरजा और जो कुछ हमारा परमेश्वर यहोवा कहे उसे सुन ले फिर जो पूछ हमारा परमेश्वर यहोवा कहे उसे हमसे कहना और हम उसे सुनेंगे और उसे मानेंगे जब तुम मुझे यह बातें कह रहे थे तभी हुआ ने तुम्हारी बातें सुन तब उसने मुझसे कहा कि इन लोगों ने जो बातें तुझे कहीं मैंने सुनी इन्हीं ने जो कुछ कहा वह ठीक ही कहा भला होता कि उनका मन सर्वदा ऐसा ही बना रहे कि मेरा भाई मानते हुए मेरी सौभाग्याओं पर चलते रहे जिसे उसकी और उसकी वश में सहदेव भलाई होती रहे इसलिए तू जाकर उनसे अपने अपने घेरे को लौट जाओ और परंतु तू यही मेरे पास खड़ा रहा और मैं वह सारी आ गया है और विधि और नियम जिन्हें तुझे उनको सीखना होगा तुझे कहूंगा जिससे वह उन्हें उसे देश में जिसका अधिकार में उन्हें देने पर हो माने इसलिए तुम अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की आज्ञा के अनुसार करने में चौकसी करना ना तो दाहिने मुड़ना और ना है भाई जी मार्ग पर चलने की आजा तुझे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने तुमको दी है वह सारे मार्ग पर चलते रहो कि तुम जीवित रहो और तुम्हारा भला हो और जिस देश में तुम अधिकारी होंगे उसमें तुम बहुत दिनों के लिए बने रहो

Moses called all the Israelites and said, "Listen to this rally, the statutes and the judgments that I am giving you today, so that you may learn and be grieved in doing them. Our God, the Lord, has bound us to the throne, not to our fathers, but to us who are alive today. This happened on Mount Naze. I spoke to you in person from among you. Now you should not go up the mountain from your doorstep. Therefore, I stood between the Lord and you to tell you His word. Then He said, "I am the Lord, the Lord, who brought you out of the house of slavery, the land of the enemy. You shall not make for yourself any idol, nor any likeness of any person, whether in the heavens or on the earth or in the netherworld. You shall not bow down to it or serve it. For I am your God, the God who keeps the earth. I punish those who obey me for the sins of their fathers, and I show mercy to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments. Listen, O Lord, your God." You shall not take the name of the Lord in vain, for the name of the Lord shall be kept blameless. Observe the Sabbath day and keep it holy, as the Lord your God commands you. 6 You shall labor and do all your work. But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. You shall not share your work with anyone, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor any foreigner that is with you, so that your manservant and your maidservant may rest. You shall remember this: the Lord your God has given you a Sabbath day, and you shall honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God has commanded you, so that the land may be yours. You shall live in it for a long time, and it shall be good for you. You shall not murder, nor have children, nor bear false witness against anyone. You shall not covet anyone's wife, nor covet anyone's husband, nor his land. The name of his servant, nor the name of his maidservant, if they had done anything else before him, if they had done nothing more than this, and wrote it on two stones and gave it to me, and the mountain was burning with fire and clouds and the belching of horses, and you heard the voice of the Lord speaking to you out of the darkness, and you will hear the voice of the Lord speaking to you out of the darkness, and you will come to me, and you will say, "The Lord our God has shown us his glory and his majesty, and we have heard his voice coming from among you, today we have seen that even though God speaks to man, yet man lives. Why should we die? Because we will be consumed by such a great fire. If we do not hear the voice of the Lord our God, then who among all the creatures will live and survive when he hears the voice of God speaking out of the fire?" So go and listen to whatever the Lord our God says. Then ask us what the Lord our God says, and we will tell him to him. They will listen and obey. When you were saying these things to me, Hua heard you and said to me, "I heard what these people said to you. Whatever they said was right. It would be good if their hearts remained like this forever, considering themselves my brothers and following my good deeds, so that good things would happen to them and their allies. So go and tell them to return to their own circles. But you stand here with me. I will tell you all the rules and regulations that you must learn from them so that they will obey them in the land I am giving them to inherit. So you must be careful to do as the Lord your God commands you. Do not turn to the right or turn left, brother. Keep on the path that the Lord your God has given you, so that it may be well with you, and that you may live long in the land you will inherit."
