इसराइलियों को मित्र देश से निकले हुए जिस दिन 3 महीने बीत चुके उसी दिन हुए सीन के जंगल में आए और जब वह रफी दीप से पूछ कर के सीने के जंगल में आए तब उन्होंने जंगल में दर खड़े किए और वहीं पर्वत के आगे इसराइलियों ने छावनी डाली तब मूसा पर्वत पर परमेश्वर के पास चढ़ गया और यहोवा ने पर्वत पर से उसकी पुकार कहा याकूब के घराने से ऐसा का और इसराइलियों को मेरा यह वचन सुना कि तुमने देखा है कि मैं ने मित्रों से क्या-क्या किया तुमको मानो ओकाया पक्षी के पंखों पर चढ़कर अपने पास ले आया हूं इसलिए आप यदि तुम निश्चय मेरी मानो और मेरी वजह को पालन करो तो सब लोग में से तुम ही मेरा निज धन ठहारोगे समस्त पृथ्वी तो मेरी है और तुम मेरी दृष्टि में याजकों का राजा और पवित्र जाति ठहारोगे जो बातें तुझे इजरालियों से कहानी है वह यही है तब मूसा से आकर लोगों के प्राणियों को बुलवाया और यह सब बातें जिनके खान की आज्ञा यहोवा ने उसे दी थी उसको समझा दी और सब लोग मिलकर बोल उठे जो कुछ यहोवा ने कहा है वह सब हम निहित करेंगे लोग किया बातें मूसा ने यहोवा को सुनाई तब यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा सुन मैं बादल के अंधेरे में होकर तेरे पास आता हूं इसलिए कि जब मैं तुझसे बातें करूं तब वह लोग सुने और सदा तेरी प्रशन करें और मूसा ने यहोवा से लोगों की बात का वर्णन किया तब यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा लोगों के पास जा और उन्हें आज और कल पवित्र करना और वह अपने वस्त्र धो ले और वह तेरे तीसरे दिन तक तैयार हो रहे क्योंकि तीसरे दिन यह हुआ सब लोगों के देखे सीन पर्वत पर उतर आए और तू लोगों के लिए चारों ओर बड़ा बांध देना और उसने कहा कि तुम सचेत रहो की पर्वत पर नचव हो और उसके दीवाने को भी ना छुओ और जो कुछ पहाड़ को छुए हुआ निश्चय मार डाला जाएगा उसको कोई हाथ से तो नाच हुए परंतु वह निश्चय अथर्व किया जाए तब तीर से बेड़ा जाए चाहे पशु हो चाहे मनुष्य वह जीवित न बच्चे जब महा शब्द अपने नरसिंहगढ़ का शब्द देर तक सुनाई दे तब लोग पर्वत के पास आए तब मूसा ने पर्वत पर से उतर कर लोगों के पास आकर उनको पवित्र कराया और उन्होंने अपने वस्त्र धो दिए और उसने लोगों से कहा तीसरे दिन तक तैयार हो रहो स्त्री के पास न जाना जब तीसरा दिन आया तब भोर होते बादल गरजने और बिजली चमकने लगी और पर्वत पर काली घटा छा गई फिर नरसिंहगढ़ का शब्द बड़ा भारी हुआ और छावनी में जितने लोग थे सब कहां पहुंचे तब मस ए लोगों को परमेश्वर से भेंट करने के लिए छावनी से निकाल ले गया और वह पर्वत के नीचे खड़े हुए और यहोवा को यह हुआ जो आग में होकर सीन पर्वत पर उतरा थ इस कारण समस्त पर्वत धुएं से भर गया और उसकी दुआ लटके साउथ रहा था और समस्त पर्वत बहुत कांप रहा था फिर जब नर्चेंगे को शब्द बैठाया और बहुत भारी होता गया तब मूसा बोला और परमेश्वर ने ओनियो सुन कर उसको उत्तर दिया और यहोवा सीन पर्वत की चोटी पर उतरा और मूसा को पर्वत की चोटी पर बुलाया और मूसा ऊपर चढ़ गया तब यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा नीचे उत्तर के लोगों को चेतावनी दे कहीं ऐसा ना हो कि हुए बड़ा तोड़कर यहोवा के पास देखने को उसे और उसमें से बहुत नाश हो जाए और राजा को जो यहोवा के समीप आया करते थे हुए भी अपने को पवित्र करें कहीं ऐसा ना हो कि वह उसे पर टूट पड़े मूसा ने यहोवा से कहा हुए लोग सीन पर्वत पर नहीं चढ़ सकते तूने तो आप हम खोया का कर्ज आया कि पर्वत के चारों ओर बाद बंद कर उसे पवित्र रख यहोवा ने उनसे कहा उत्तर तो जा और हारुन समय तू ऊपर आप परंतु योजक और साधारण लोग कहीं यह हुआ के पास बड़ा तोड़ के ना चढ़ आए कहीं ऐसा ना हो कि वह उन पर टूट पड़े यही बातें मूसा ने लोगों के पास उतार के उनको सुने सब इसराइलियों के दास की आज्ञाओं को सुनने जाने का वर्णन

When the great voice of the Lord was heard for a long time, the people came to the mountain. Moses came down from the mountain and went to the people and sanctified them. They washed their clothes and said to the people, 'Be ready until the third day. Do not approach women.' The Lord said to them, Go north and Aaron, you go up, but The people and the people should not come near the king with great force, lest he should attack them.
