फिर यह हुआ ने मूसा से कहा हारून और उसके पुत्रों से और कल इसराइलियों से कहा कि यहोवा ने यह आज्ञा दी है कि इस रानियां के घराने में से कोई मनुष्य हो तो बेलवा भेद के बच्चे या बकरी को चाहे छावनी के बाहर घाट करके मिला वाले तंबू के द्वार पर यहोवा के निवास के सामने यहोवा को चिढ़ाने निर्मित ना ले जाए तो उसे मनुष्य को लहू बहने का दोष लगेगा और वह मनुष्य लघु बहने वाला करेगा वह अपने लोग के बीच में से नाश किया जाएगा इस विधि का यह कारण है कि इसराइल अपने बलिदान जिसको वह खुले मैदान में बंद करते हैं वह उन्हें मिला वाले तंबू के द्वार पर योजक के पास यह हुआ के लिए ले जाकर उसी के लिए मेल मिला करके बलिदान किया करें और आइजक लहू को मिला करने वाले तंबू के द्वार पर यहोवा की बेटी के ऊपर छिलके और चर्बी उसके सुखदायक सुगंध के लिए जलाएं और वह बकरों के पूजा खोकर बेबी चारी करते हैं वह फिर अपने पशु बोलियों को उनके लिए बलिदान ना करें तुम्हारी पीढियां के लिए यह सदा की विधि होगी और तू उनसे कहा कि इजरायल के घराने के लोग में से वह उसके बीच रहने हारने परदेसियों में से कोई मनुष्य क्यों ना हो कि हम बल्कि वह मेल बलि चढ़ाई और उसकी मिलाव वाले तंबू के द्वार पर हुआ के लिए चढ़ने को ना ले आए वह मनुष्य अपने लोगों में से नाश किया जाए फिर इजरायल के घर आने के लोग में से हुआ उसके बीच रहने वाले परदेसियों में से कोई मनुष्य क्यों ना हो कि किसी प्रकार का लहू खा मैं उसे लहू खाने के विमुख होकर उसके लोगों के बीच में से नस का डालो क्योंकि शरीर का प्राण लहू में रहता है और उसमें से तुम लोगों को बेदी पर चढ़ने के लिए दिया है कि तुम्हारे प्राणियों के लिए प्रसिद्ध किया जाए क्योंकि प्राण के कारण लहू ही से प्रराजित होता है इस कारण इस सालियों से कहता हूं कि तुम में से कोई प्राणी लघु न खाए और जो परदेसी तुम्हारे बीच रहता हो वह भी लहू कभी न खाए और इजरालियों में से हुआ उसके बीच रहने वाले परदेसियों में से कोई मनुष्य क्यों ना हो वह अंधेरे खाने योग्य पशु-पक्षी को पड़े या उसके लहू को उड़ेल कर धोनी डालें क्योंकि शरीर का प्राचीन हो वह उसका लहू ही है उसके प्राण के साथ एक है इसलिए इस रेलिया से कहता हूं कि किसी प्रकार के प्राणियों के लहू को तुम ना रखना क्योंकि सब प्राणियों के प्राण उनके लहू ही है जो कोई उसके खाए वह नाश किया जाए और चाहे वह देसी हो वह परदेसी हो कोई किसी को तो वह फाड़े हुए पशुओं का मांस खाए वह अपने वेस्टन को धोकर जल्द से स्नान करें उसके सामना तक अशुद्ध रहे तब वह अशुद्धि होगा और यदि वह उसको ना खाएं और ना स्थान करें तो उसके अपने धर्म का भार स्वयं उठाना पड़ेगा

And Yahuah said to Moses, and to Aaron, and to his sons, and to the Israelites, saying, The LORD has commanded that if any man of the house of this queen, whether a goat or a goat, shall not be brought by burning outside the camp to the entrance of the tent of meeting, before the tabernacle of the LORD, to provoke the LORD, that man shall be guilty of shedding blood, and that man shall cause a shedding of urine, and he shall be cut off from among his people. Isaac shall burn the skins and the fat of the goats for a pleasing aroma over the daughter of the LORD at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and he shall not sacrifice his cattle for them again, for this shall be a perpetual statute for your generations. You shall say to them, Whoever from the house of Israel shall dwell among them, No matter who is among the foreigners who does not bring the sacrifice for the sacrifice of peace and offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that person must be destroyed from among his people. And no matter who is among the foreigners who come to the house of Israel who eats any kind of blood, I will make him averse to eating blood and offer it to you from among his people, because the life of the body is in the blood, and I have given it to you to offer on the altar to make your souls famous, because the life is nourished by blood. Therefore I say to these Israelites that no one among you should eat blood, nor should the foreigner who lives among you eat blood. Therefore I say to this Israel that no one among you should eat blood. You should not keep the blood of any kind of animal because the life of all animals is their blood, whoever eats it should be destroyed and whether he is a native or a foreigner, if anyone eats the meat of slaughtered animals, he should wash his vestments and take a bath quickly, till then he will remain impure and if he does not eat it or consume it, then he will have to bear the burden of his own religion.
